The Goodwins Steam Party.
Tomorrow, Saturday 8th January, is the day for the gathering of engines at the Goodwins yard in St Columb, Cornwall.The event raises money for local charities and is always a very good get-together. There were already five engines in the yard on Monday last, more are expected on Saturday. Popular rumour tells us that we might see a Burrell Showmans engine that has yet to appear at a public event in preservation days.
