Colchester Triumph 2000 lathe for sale. 71/2 ins centre height x 50 ins between centres,7hp three phase motor,all metric machine,age 1972, ex government machine in exceptional condition ,three jaw chuck ,large faceplate, Dickson toolpost with 3 holders,low volt lamp,saddle hand wheel index dial.Fixed and travelling steadies these are colchester and harrison items modified to fit. When I bought the lathe at auction in 1993 the following items were brand new ,still wrapped up,and laid in the tray,12 inch 4 jaw chuck (Burnerd) 15 inch faceplate,catch plate,headstock sleeve,revolving centre,fixed centre,jacobs tailstock i/2 inch drill chuck.and are still in excellent condition. price £ 2500 phase converter extra and negotiable .only used for one off type restoration work since I bought it,and I doubt if it has ever done any production work,was used in small RN repair shop.reason for sale,old age has lead me to downsize in both home and workshop,goof vehicle access up to workshop,no problem getting a lorry with Hiab into my yard. I do not have any lifting capacity to load to trailer,
