Colchester Student Gears...
Am after the following gears after months of searching to no avail...
FC 2/75548 5380: Double Gear on Spindle - 44/51T 5372: 2nd Shaft Gear - 20/28T 5356: Driving Shaft Gear - 14/24T I know there's a guy on eBay who breaks lathes for parts... he already has my details, but as yet, has not had what I am after... The gears are for The Robey Trust's Colchester Student lathe, which was accidentally damaged earlier this year. If anyone can help - please message me  Thank you so much, Nx

Is yours a round head or square head student? I have a head stock from a round head one that I broke for spares, it has one pair of gears missing (sold).

Hiya,
I believe ours is the more boxy shaped one.... Thank you though. Roger: I got a quote for some new gears - extortionate!! £1170..... It's not worth spending that sort of money. The lathe isn't worth half that.... But they will let me know if they have any 2nd hand ones..... Unlikely, though. Nx Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
