Which to attend
So having got the go ahead to attend two large rallies next year I was intending to go to Pickering for the whole show and take my 4" Burrell showman's but reading the reviews it does not seem as good as South Cerney which gets very good reviews
So please all of you guys who have been around a long time help me give my criteria whic tow far away shows do aI go to for the complete rally, we will be taking a camper van and staying over so the night time beer tent has to to top notch as well. GDSF is not an option for me five days is too long for me to get away for. And i here not easy to get to exhibit at many thanks Richard |

We always went up to Pickering to catch up with family and mates from when we lived up there, Matt would ask us every year to go to South cerney but we never did till after the fateful Pickering of 2009 so 2010 was our 1st time and wow it's a brill show , great people , loads to do and see I'd def put it down as one to go too . I've not talked to anyone that's been that's not enjoyed it so I hope you go and enjoy yourself .

Fantastic show , well organised great facilities and a fine collection of steam exhibits most of which I have not seen before .
For me it's up there with Old Warden , Onslow Park , Lincoln to name just a few . If only we could get a show of this calibre up north . Dave |
