Seddon & Black do a Foster Pattern one, rough cast @ £35 inc VAT or drilled for £45 inc VAT.

If it wants polishing it would be a touch more for the time it takes to do that.

Bear in mind that it is a strainer only, and does not have a non return valve in it, but the non return can be a disadvantage if you want to drain the water from the pipe when you have finished filling.

I don't think I have ever seen a foot valve in a proper traction engine water lifter hose.

Soon dealt with using a spanner, and put the valve bits in the skip
