Default Gunpowder Mills Rally, Waltham Abbey

Just received a letter today from the organisers of the rally at the Royal Gunpowder Mills Rally in Waltham Abbey, Essex advising that this years rally WILL NOT be taking place. It is a shame, as it was a nice little rally, but I think it will not come as no surprise to those that attended, as vistors numbers have continued to be low for the last few years. Hope this info helps with anybody currently planning their season.

If you are now looking for a rally in that part of the country, in mid May, to replace the above, may I suggest you look at the EATES Rally at Audley End, nr Saffon Warden. Just a suggestion.

Here's a section from the application form, which gives an idea of what's happening. The event will be aimed largely at models this year due to the limited space. More details later, or email minisrock.john@gmail.com.
