Default Scorton Vintage and Country Fayre 2008

The 4th annual Scorton Vintage and Country Fayre was held on the 14th and 15th of June this year. This is a great little rally which gets bigger and better every year, it is a credit to the organisers - Paul and Janice Whittingham. The weather was great with only one small shower on Saturday. One of the star attractions was the monster trucks in the arena which were crushing cars all day long.

The black Marshall is owned by Charles Adams of Skipton, rallied by him and Alan Hardacre. I think it's the oldest Compound roller in existence.

The small green Marshall roller is I think owned by Mick Armer of Cockerham(?) and in the last couple of years won the RLS reversion award for being put back to its original roller form. Nice.

Thanks Anthony.

I wonder what the video is Ben! Will put it on soon,

Sorry about some of the pictures appearing twice - but oh well - those engine owners should be honoured!

Sam.
