Default Mechanical lubricator linkage

Looking for pivots etc for the above - are they available “off the shelf “? Or anyone got anything lurking in their shed?

Try searching Ebay for "Rose Joints". A few of them plus some threaded rod would do the trick.

not exactly period fittings though.
