Default 2/3 Berth Caravan

Swift Corniche 12/2 approx mid to late 80's

Ideal Rally Caravan!

2/3 Berth
Fridge (serviced last year)
Grill/hob
Water heater (never used and I dont think connected)
Heater (Again never used it)
sink and drainboard area
Front seating area turns into comfy 2/3 bed
Large cupboard with rail
Plenty of storage
Seperate toilet/shower room. Porta potti toilet (shower taps there but I took out the hose and head as I was never going to use it!)
New carpet fitted last year
Cushions all in good condition
curtains a bit fadded but all there and work
12V lighting working. Even has a zigga unit so you could hook up to 240V and has the grey 7 pin plug for your car, but I have never used it so not sure if works

Outside there is a front locker for gas and a battery. Tyres good and a spare. All lights working. Few little scrapes and dents but nothing major! All roof hatches in good condition

Bad bits (being honest)
Crack on one window but on the inside skin so not effected.
A small piece missing on the front window but again never been a problem
outside light above door missing (but have got a new one just never fitted)
Around the front windows was damp so I replaced the wood but never re wallpapered it
Around the back window it is a little bit soft but I dont think too much of an issue
One of the legs bent but still works just has to be wound out a bit more!

I have always kept the caravan undercover and even in the Dorset rain it has not leaked or been wet!

In conclusion I feel the caravan is ideal for the rallies and still plenty of life left in it. I am only changing as a bigger one came up. It has been to many rallies in the 2 years I have owned it and I have had plenty of fun with it and had no problems towing it etc. I have repelaced catches, bulbs etc as they have needed. But please remeber this caravan is around 25 years old so it will have the odd blemish etc
