I hope this is of interest to people here. These bigger garages/workshops are very hard to find down here.


4 double-bed detached house with 45ft (13.5m) garage between Guildford (A3) and Farnborough (M3) in private road.

The house has been refurbed with all new aluminium double glazing, new boiler and heating system, new wiring, new flooring and carpets, and has full network (CAT) and video (coax) cabling.

The important bit! The garage is about 10ft (3m) to the rafters and has a front opening roughly 9ft (2.77m) square with electric roller shutter. I did measure this opening to fit a Scammell Highwayman (I was working at Hollycombe at the time). It’s got a full pit and is fully wired with power and light. In a private road so plenty of room for trailers and the like.

Canal just down the road and the best pub for miles is on it.
