Metalock UK , and Cast Iron Welding at Coalville . Don't know where you are ( why not tell us on your particulars ?? ) but I have found Metaloc at Coventry to be excellent . Don't be put off by the grand looking works , still a very approachable personal outfit to deal with , and they certainly honour their guarantees .

I know its a bodge but we liquid metal'd ours. Its held for 3 years now. We just coundnt face stripping the whole thing out! The other nighmare on those is the steel water tube in the head. It rusts to nothing then the water only curculates round the front of the engine, this is usually the cause of over heating and cracking assuming its not frost damage.
