Default Statfold Giant Miniature Weekend: May 8th-10th 2020

Good evening all,

Just a quick reminder that Statfolds Giant Miniature Weekend returns for its fifth annual event over May 8th-10th. The weekend will see miniatures take over the Statfold Barn Railway. Attractions include:
  • 100 Miniature Traction Engines/Steam Lorries in 3" - 9" scales
  • Ashleys Steam Gallopers - Steam Carousel
  • Full size Showmans Engine "Repulse"
  • Fowler Crane Engine "Wolverhampton Wanderer" (as seen in BBCs Peaky Blinders)
  • Saturday lunchtime performance by Dr Busker
  • 7.25" gauge miniature steam railway
  • Miniature working area
  • At least 6 SBR steam locomotives in action on the railway
  • The Burton & Ashby Tram will be in operation on the tramway
  • Indoor displays of Toy Steam, Meccano, 16mm Model Railways etc
  • Gavioli Fairground organ
  • Line Up and BIG Whistle each day
  • Roundhouse Museum Open
  • Birds of Prey, Engine Games etc
As you can see there is plenty to see and do for the whole family. Steam engines on display from across the UK!
