Default Wanted:- Diamond Chequer Plate

I am looking for some Old style diamond Chequer plate, not a great deal of it, but local is handy.

Probably not a great deal of help but about 10 years ago I did find some brand new on a roof under satellite dish, only problem is it was in Prague, but does show it was still being made somewhere.

I can buy sheets but in the south, a piece 24" square would definitely be enough, but 12" x 16" would do the job I would think, I would need to just check the measurement before saying for sure.

I shall ask Christmas. :-)

Dave, if it's any help, I have some second hand diamond plate I got for the steersman stand on our BB1. It's rusty and at least 50 years old. We're in the Glastonbury area.
