For sale, collection of boiler inspectors portable test pumps. All untested. But all apear complete with adaptors and gauges. I bought them to use, but I use a modern Rigid Pump which I carry round with me.
No 1 Vulcan Boiler Test pump, in wooden box.
The best of the three,has many adaptors and hoses. It a dual pressure model, with two ram diameters and a neat wing nut arrangement to swap from the big piston to the smaller one. I have seen a similar one of these pump a steam car boiler up to 700+ psi. This one has 'Supplied by W H Wilcox' stamped inside the lid.
Sadly the box has wood worm, but treated with cuprinol. £75
No 2 Nabic Hydraulic Test Pump in nice wooden box
Has two gauges, lower pressure to 300 psi, higher one up to 1000 psi. Again has the hoses and selection of adaptors. Untested. £60
No 3 Unknown make. portable Hydraulic test pump in a nice carrying case, mock leather. Has two straps around it, brass lock and keys. Gauge marked up to 500 psi. Has a selection of fittings and adaptors, even got the little spanner to undo fittings etc. Appears complete, components are secured with little straps inside the box. All untested £60
