Default Ploughing at Dunham Massey.

This informal event enjoyed its usual good weather yesterday (although today was presumably less good), with four Fowler ploughing engines present. For those interested in the technicalities there were two K7s; No. 15279 (not ploughing) and 14257, one BB1; 15148 and one AA7 15364. Everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves, I know I had a great time. Thanks Mike and Sam for the hospitality. Hopefully a few pictures should follow:-

One of the interesting tractors in use was a Perkins engines Fordson.

Fowler No. 15148, CT 4663 of1918.

Fowler 15364, NO 1236, Windsor of 1919.

Fowler 14257, KE 2494 Linkey of 1916.
Barry.

Super, thanks for putting this on Barry. Best event of the year for me. After you went Anthony Cowell arrived with his Marshall traction engine and his rare Marshall MP6 tractor.

Sam.

Sorry I missed the Marshall traction engine and MP 6; I would have liked to have seen both, but couldn't stay any longer.
Barry.

Thanks for posting the excellent pictures, you can see why those MP6s are so popular.
