Yes I like it too, I think it was a Powder tanker you can see the outlet right at the rear bottom.

It is a mobile cake making plant very useful when you need to make a large quantity of cakes in a field environment, the tank carries the main ingredient Flour, on the back is your mixing bowl, all this is powered by the diesel engine in situ at the front side powering hydraulic motors for the unloading auger and the impeller in the mixing bowl, the strange thing is it was advertising on the underside of the bowl "Concrete Products"
