Excellent stuff, Jonathan.
Bressingham's resident Burrell roller "Buster" will also be in steam, as well as their beam engine. The majority if not all of their railway locos across four different gauges will be in steam too. Should be a good do. I look forward to seeing the Youngs portable again. Is this the engine that has a clever governor that varies the cut-off rather than the steam supply to the valve chest? Yes the Youngs Portable has a Hartnell type Expansion Governor. Its very lively on the belt, despite only running at 70 psi. Turners of Ipswich were the agents for these governors "Cannot be equalled" See you there JW |
