Default Kivells Annual Auction.

Tomorrow, Saturday October 12th at Dingles
Fairground Heritage Centre, Lifton, West Devon.

Sat Nav PL16 0AT.

Not as much steam as last year, but loads
of other interesting lots.

And, of course, the chance to see John W
doing what he does best!

Stef.

I would not touch that Auction with a bargepole as my wallet would be mortally injured and my wife would probably divorce me when she saw what I had bought!!

John Wakeham strikes the fear of God into my wallet and just by mentioning his name my wallet disappears into the deepest recesses of my pocket!

A well structured and reasonable comment Tom. Thanks for your input.

Just as a matter of interest, what did John sell to people today? It would be interesting just to know what people bought.

To be truthful, I have never been to a Kivells Auction at Dingles as I have never had the spare cash to part with as over the last couple of years I have been updating my home IT system. I hope to get to Dingles next year with a bit of luck.

Further to my first post, my wife is not very happy with me at the moment as I attended the Honiton hill Rally for the first time this year and whilst there I bought some raffle tickets and the first prize is a restored 1950 Massey Ferguson TEA 20 Tractor. My wife at first thought that it was a good idea as if I won it I could sell it and take her on a holiday. She was not very impressed when I said that I would keep it and take it to local rallies!

Go just for the experience. You have seen nothing like John W in full flight , just keep your hands by your sides else you may end up with some thing you don't want, John will take anything as a bid, Don't pick your nose!!!!!!!!!

My ploy has always been to stand close behind him. I have not bought too much that way. Only the things I wanted! Terrific entertainment, thank you John.
