Unhappy

Unfortunately the licencing authorities have refused to grant an occasional licence for the sale of alcohol on site, due to a minor disturbance at last year's event. Hence there will be no beer tent at this years rally.

Does that mean the licencing authorities will also refuse the licence for the sale of Alcohol to every city centre establishment in the UK due to minor disturbances caused by Alcohol every week - I very much doubt it.. double standards. As a result of maybe 30 indiviuals last year 3000 individuals suffer this year. Is it me or have we got it totallly wrong in this country.
