Default Strong rubber Glue

Hi all , looking for strong rubber glue .
I'm looking to make and fit some thick rubber to small cast iron wheels.
One brand mentioned to me has been isoflex.
Any other recommendations would be most helpful.
Thanks Graham

I've used Puraflex 40 from Toolstation to fit rubber tyres to my 2" Fowler wheels. Still on after 4 years use.

Rema tip top. (sc4000 + hardener)
Made for joining conveyor belts, but can so join rubber to steel.

We have used it to re-attach where the rubber has parted from the backing of tank tyres on full size.

We recently put conveyor belting on the wheels of our traction wagon.

We used the Rema Tip Top to glue the ends of the belting to make a band, then used SikaFlex 221 to glue the band onto the wheel.
