Default Clear Out of Living Van and machine tools, Doncaster area

I need to dispose of some of machine tools and a Living Van as we need to sell the premises and have nowhere to keep them.
So for sale are:-

1) Ward Lathe - about 9" center height with relatively new 4 jaw chuck plus old 4 jaw and 3 jaw chucks, fixed steady and single phase motor. The lathe is old and the slides are worn, but it is still useful and much decent work has been produced on it.

2) Belt driven Denbigh Drill with single phase motor. Again old but works very well. Lots of open belt drives so probably not for the safety conscious without additional work!

3) Victoria Milling Machine with dividing head and tailstock. 3 phase motor driven from a single phase supply by inverter.

4) Living Van.
Eddison early type, probably around 1900 with outside axle brackets. Is usable as is, but really could do with a major rebuild.

If you want to know more about any item, give me a call on 07850218707 or email at alan51jackson@gmail.com.

I don't expect to get rich on the sales so any sensible offers will be considered. We have no fork truck but could lift for loading using the lifting frame and chain blocks seen in photos on some of my posts. Some items, particularly the lathe, may need to be partially dismantled to lift and assistance getting them out of the workshop and across the (earthen) yard would be very much appreciated.

There have been lots of enquires asking for photos and price and I don't seem to be able to post photos directly onto the advert, so I have posted them on my facebook page. Link here https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100041230214853
I apologise that the photos are out of focus - perhaps I had put an oily fingerprint on the lens.

Price - Asking £5000 but sensible offers considered.

Inspections are welcomed and advisable.
