Would have loved to have come down this year Steve, but unfortunately I'll be in France... Hope it's another successful event!

Oh no!! I have a wedding to go to that weekend so I'll have to give it a miss this year. I would urge anyone to go to this show, last year was wonderful, a really friendly, hands on event. If you wanted a go at something all you had to do was ask. Even commentators were able to have a go on a plough!! My son and I had a very happy hour throwing sheaves up to the drum.

We really enjoyed our day last year and we're delighted that it's on again.

But please, Steve, don't ever allow it to become the St. Columb Steam & Country Fair.

Stef.

Steve,

I will be down on the Sunday this year - I have a wedding reception to attend on the Saturday evening, involving two Sentinel drivers - Keith Reynolds and Amy Goold.
Look forward to getting involved again and of course, I will be reporting for VS.....

Totally unnecessary comment - irrelevant, just stirring up trouble.

What's your problem, John?

I'm saying to Steve "you've got a really good event going. Please keep it as it is, don't change it".

I would say the same thing to Tony Brooks, Martin Oliver, Paul Worbey or Matt Shipton.

Stef.

John, no steam ploughing this year as Charlie going into hospital two days before event, but this year we will have two complete threshing sets with plenty of wheat to thrash, Dave Mortimore is bringing his saw bench down and John Boyling is bringing his portable and large chaff cutter. The tractor boys will have loads of space to play in the ploughing fields. Im sure we will be able to find you a job or two !!! Steve Hawkins going to be rolling in a new surface on the road aswell,

Steve.
