4" Durham Differential

4" Durham & N. Yorkshire Differential unit.

Main casting, over 20 KG, unmachined.

2 bevel wheels fully machined and gear cut, both with boss, one with key way.

3 bevel pinions fully machined and gear cut.

Would suit any large 4" model traction engine or small 6" model traction engine. Also perfect for 6" steam lorry as has bolting flange for sprocket etc.

Price £386 which is believed to be half cost price from Brunel. This price was confirmed by Brunel: who said they definately wanted to buy it. Unfortunately monies & collection by Brunel have been promised three times and has never happenned - so I give up!

Offers considered, could deliver to Ally Pally in Jan. Also perhaps Durham (returning kids to University)
