There were around 25 Miniatures of various sizes that were free to travel around the site and many interesting exhibits among the Commercials, Tractors, Cars and Motorcycles.

At the risk of being proved wrong, I think it is a Foster rope haulage engine in 5" scale. Designed by P. Filby. You don't see many about, but they make a welcome change from the procession of Foden wagons.
