If you meant a butchers cat is happy and content then you would be correct. If you meant a butchers cat to be happy and well - fed then hopefully you could see that this could be taken in the wrong way, which is the way I took it so if I got shirty then so be it.

Well that thread went somewhat awry! - thanks for turning up anyway - I have since had a number of people thank us for the engine turn out and it appears that Mr Basil met the only man in the village who thinks it is a bad idea to roll pies down a hill, even though said mans missus is on the organising committee - it could only happen in England!
