Default Rivet Buster

Looking for a rivet buster if anyone knows of one that may be available, 11" stroke ideally. Any other riveting gear may also be of interest.

Thanks,
George.

Still widely available new in the USA at very reasonable prices compared to the UK. Chicago Pneumatic is one firm. In India, Consolidated Pneumatic supplies all types of riveting gear. On EBay is a good firm called EA Air in the USA that has a lot of refurbished gear. Unless you are sure of what you may be buying used is good quality, my advice is DON'T- parts are very hard to come by for these older machines if at all, so you may spend some serious money on something that fails and is irreparable. Additionally with some brands, parts have slightly changed over the decades so parts for a new machine may not necessarily fit older gear. I have found dealers are loathe to supply any detailed drawings so you can check as they want to sell you a new machine.

George,

I may be able to get you an 11" stroke rivet buster, I have just most of the riveting gear you are ever likely to need,

Default rivet buster

Hello please note the shank size for busters is not the same as on rivet hammers. If a 90 rivet hammer will do I can supply sleeve to change rivet gun to buster . max dia about 3/4" to 7/8". from USA. regards Bob

Rivet buster now found, thanks for all the help offered above. Managed to find a supplier off the shelf in Scotland in the end. I can pass details on to anybody who wants them.

I am interested, may need some tooling for one, and if they are available of the shelf in the UK that would be great.

Steelworkerstools.com is their website, they have a few subsidiary companies from what I can make out but they soon directed me to the right place.
