I found mine on Ebay USA, have a look on there.
Costs a little to ship, but worth it imo.

A few i've just found:

had a bad experience buying bits from the US.
The problem wasn't the vendor but the way eBay get stuff across the Atlantic and the complete absence of joined up communication when it got here - suffice to say after eventually tracking it down to Poole and unpaid duties, i eventually got it.
By which time the vendor had accused me of theft , been paid his money - to which I appealed and was then subsequently refunded.
So I got a Pickering governor for £20.

I’ve bought quite a few whistles from the US with no problem, you need to get the sender to post it as a gift to avoid it getting stuck in customs

Thats fine unless its a business, they generally wont because if its picked up its not a gift (they do spot check these from time to time) they will be for the high jump, so most entertain that these days.
