Default The G.D.S.F. 2018.

With a very enjoyable 3 days at what was a very large event to stage, with over 2`500 exhibits which was as regards the exhibits well organised, problems were encountered by visitors but the sheer number of visitors overwhelmed the organisers and the companies engaged to do certain work, but have the inquest and move on and hope for better next year, but sadly the rain today and the ground conditions tomorrow does make me have sympathy for the organisers and visitors today and tomorrow.
A large number of photos to preview so first a look back at exhibits visiting this year that have been at the Rally in years gone by, many at the very first, some around the Rally but a large number in the Marquee, and a special interesting and popular addition this year, a scrapyard as would have been in not so many years before 1968 with compliments of Robert Coles.

And not sadly as I remember it.

And little Wallis "Goliath" has been to every G.D.S.F.

And in a typical but small Scrapyard of the days not long before the start of these Dorset Rallies
