4" SCALE "CARADOC" Steam Tractor

The Caradoc tractor is based on a John Haining Desigin that was then Described in the "Model Engineer" in 1994 by John Haining. John came up with an interesting idea which, like all Hainings designs, goes well for the future if there was ever a fuel shortage!!!

Using a modified version off John Haining desigin in 3" scale here we have a 4" scale Caradoc steam tractor built by well know Model Engineer E. Lancaster.

This Model is finished in 'Massey Ferguson' Livery also is road registered at present the boiler only has a hydr test on it which runs till nov 2010.

This model 5 years ago had a full re paint job and little bits added to make it look more like a Massey Ferguson which has cleverly been done with the shape off the cab along with the badge, of the world know Massey Ferguson.

This engine also has a sheet / cover made off canvas, + seat for driver to sit behind engine also with it is a passenger trolley with water storage + added room for coal as in photo's.
