Just a taster before batteries ran out.
Well worth going, Good to meet up with Dan again, some interesting recipes.

Good to see you again, Roger.

I forgot to offer you a run round on the engine, apologies for that!
Didn't mean to honest, I blame it on Chris as he was on it all day!

Maybe next time, if I remember.

All the best

Dan

Another good rally, always a good way to start the season. Was a few new engines this year, apparently 43 engines on site over the weekend. 3 Loverly Wallis TE's on show, a 15 ton Aveling, 3 Burrell showmans, 4 engines working on sawbenchs with crane engine providing the wood. Here are a few photos I captured didn't take to many but these show a few of the gems on show.
A nice Wallis and Stevens roller

We went yesterday, really enjoyed it. Nice selection of engines, Douglas your Aveling TE sounds absolutely super, a bark that would put some singles to shame.

Another brilliant show. Shame about the road making display being tucked behind the engine line up. Don't think many people knew it was there!

Thanks to all the organisers.

Looked like a really good show, would really liked to have gone but it clashed with Three Okefords rally. Interesting to see Robert Cole's Marshall portable there as Earl Beatty was at Three Okefords!
