If you look throughall the photo's posted at Methven something soon becomes very obvious:
I think I spotted one young chap on a Fowler in a high viz jacket. No more Look at the parade ring, a rope anyone could crawl under. What protection around the woodcutting? How many accidents? NONE The reason why is because COMMON SENSE prevails. New Zealand make the most of it because in about 30 years you will have the same jobsworths in NZ that we currently have over here.
