Alan Painter and Will Woodward painted Burrell tractor Cock of the North and also Fowler King Carnival for Frank Lythgoe in about 1998/1999. After painting, the Burrell tractor was not steamed again until purchased by Mr Dreelan.Following these jobs Alan and Will painted a Burrell roller for me which we recieved back at boxing day run 1999 and first steamed it at home on New Years day 2000.

I meant also to say that as far as I am aware Goliath has not had a full repaint since it was done at Banks and exhibited in public at the famous Banks Easter Steam Party.I think this was either 1975 or 76, also about this same time Tasker tractor Horses freind was restored by Jack Johnson and his team. I have somwhere a cutting which sites "David meets Goliath" referring to the two engines attending the steam party.
