It's the full size engines based in the town centre that have a grand parade, there isn't a parade starting from the showground anymore although the miniatures do have a trundle down the seafront on the Saturday night. It's a great weekend no matter which show you're booked in with. It's not often I unzip the tent at a rally in the morning and look out to sea! Lee |

slightly off topic but left llandudno this morning and took a ride to anglysea to see a roller roading towards the main land maybe he got his dates wrong and missed the parade

Brilliant pics once again David, I was there on the sunday and after a long walk round the field looking at some superb trucks etc, and having talked to numerous people, I then headed into town, having not been for a couple of years, I was shocked by the amount of fairground rides, they were crammed in every street, whilst the steam section was put in a side street or out side the pub, I think the original idea of a Victorian weekend has long gone, what a great shame, I remember the whole of Mostyn Street crammed with engines and organs for its whole length.
