Default Carrington Rally 2022

A selection of my photographs from this years Carrington Rally this is possibly the only rally where you can see both surviving Brown and May Traction Engines . I have also included pictures of two Fowler Gyrotillers. This is the first time i have seen this type of Fowler product in the flesh. Details of Works numbers can be found in the Picture Album.Any details on the unidentified organ engine would be welcomed.

I presume there were more paying visitors than the very sparse numbers that can be seen in these pictures?

I did not see an Oldsmobile steam car at the rally on Saturday and no steam cars were listed in the programme which was quite extensive.

The car park was three quarters full when I arrived and there were large numbers of visitors around the main ring watching the booked attraction. Good numbers of people also in and around the individual tractor exhibits which were in the main grouped by manufacturer with 286 tractors listed in programme. It was however quite around the steam exhibits in the morning when I took most of my pictures, with the steam ploughing not starting until about 13:00 hours.
