Once again a Ruston engine was driving a threshing drum at this annual event to raise money for Bardwell Windmill in Suffolk.
This was Shiremog's 4 ins Ruston Proctor earning its keep threshing with his Ransome's drum. Great to see a miniature actually doing a job of work.
Meanwhile the Wheeler family's well known full size Ruston & Hornsby no.113043 of 1920 'Oliver' was doing its stuff as usual at this lovely, informal event.
Garrett Tractor no. 34641 of 1924 'Bunty' roaded in from the nearby Bressingham Steam Museum.
And the excuse for a lot of people to enjoy themselves in the sunshine.
Bill.
