[Coal Miner]

The Etruria Canal Festival in the heart of the Staffordshire Potteries is on this coming weekend. It is based around the Etruria Industrial Museum (Jesse Shirley's Bone and Flint Mill) where the 1820s beam engine "Princess" has just successfully passed its steam test and has been successfully run for the first time since last December. There are a number of steam exhibits booked in plus stationary engines, classic cars etc. Of course there will be canal boats plus much more and the great thing is this event is free.
