Unipower or Latil & Information on Sissons Steam Engine

Having sold a number of small toys I am now on the lookout for a Unipower or Latil timber tractor. Preferably up and running (don't mind bodywork etc...). Only real limitation is that it needs to be pre 1960 so that my other half can drive it and of course reasonably priced!

Also my other half recently purchased a Sissons enclosed crank vertical steam engine. It is one that was used at Exeter University for a number of years. We have quite a few outline drawings with it and it looks like we have all of the attachments that were used to measure torque etc.... Going by the drawings the engine dates from the early 1960's. However so far we have found very little information on the company and these engines. Any information that anybody can supply would be very helpful!
