I have pattern for the union piece, I.e the connection with the 4 tpi thread in it (it may be 5 tpi, memory not great). I had two cast in bronze and have an unmachined spare if you fancy maching it up, not too hard. Conatct me by a PM and I can let you know my number, or I will post pics on this thread of finsihed article and bronze unmachined casting.

The screwed back nut and the hose union but mainly the back nut (I can always make a union, I know it should be bent but beggers can't be choosers).

Just to give you some idea of size. The outside dia of the male thread on my engine is 2 3/8".
