Mezzanine floor approx. 40ft x 50ft just removed from industrial unit. In good clean condition with stairs and railings etc. 2.45m height underneath, 40mm thick T&G chip-board floor, 255x100 I beam support cross members with steel C joists . The previous tenant was a furniture importer so it was kept really clean. We have now removed this half of section in picture to reduce the rateable value of that unit to a more manageable figure.....
