Welland Steam Rally 2024

Over the years, Welland was a Steam Rally which I had heard of but didn't think of attending until last year. However, I changed my mind about a week or so beforehand and ending up realising that I had made a mistake. The original plan for this year was to attend Weeting shortly after mum and I had returned from holiday in Malaysia then go to Welland the week after, however mum fell ill on the Friday which changed plans.
