Default American Style Steam Car

Steam Car built by a prolific builder of steam vehicles, Ray Milliken. This unique steam car has been inspired by the american manufacturers from the turn of the century.

This is not based on a Lykamobile kit, everything has been purpose built and very well thought out and put together. The car has been running for almost 25 years and is still in very good mechanical condition. Typical arrangement of twin high pressure cylinder engine fed by superheated boiler. The Boiler is automatically fired using a 24volt kerosone burner with a 400PSI working pressure. A new superheater has also been fitted.

It is a perfect car for the family to enjoy, we spent a very nice afternoon trundling around the local village and she had plenty of power and the boiler easily kept up with the steam supply running at a steady 15-20mph with 2 adults and 2 children aboard.

For more information please look at our website: https://www.legacyvehicles.co.uk/ful...-steam-engines

We would consider any vintage vehicle or miniature steam engine as part exchange. Finance can also be arranged.

We have just reduced the asking price on this car to £21500. We are happy to consider all steam and vintage vehicles in part exchange.
