We had a brillaint time at Berwick, I spent most of the time with the Fergie in the ploughing field.
Great pics John. Sorry I didn't get to see you but as I said earlier I was on the tractor most of the time! Good turnout of exhibits this year I thought, nice to see some different engines there and good to see lots and lots of tractors! Jim P.S. I can see your pics clearly John

      Had a great day with plenty to see. Good to see some new engines, especially the Hindley in steam. Does anyone have any information on the restoration project in the last picture? Last edited by cocky_1987; 20th September 2010 at 09:51 PM..

haven't got any details on it, other than its a 2? inch scale single cylinder fowler, not sure what it's based on as the engine itself looks more modern than the cylinder design

I think its a 'Church' patent circular slide valve, which dates from the 1880's. but the rest of it looks like a BB1 !
I think the bioiler is a Ransomes, & their patented firebox.
