For sale is my living built on a Rubey Owen/Tasker trailer, it’s 11 foot long x 7 foot wide. Metal framed, insulated using celotex sheets and clad in marine plywood routed to look like diagonal tongue and groove cladding. The roof is felt, with solar panels fitted to charge on board battery. It had a repaint at the beginning of 2019. It’s got working brakes on all axles, hand brake on 1 and hydraulic remote controlled brakes on both, these brakes will hold the roller back easily and stop it if required. The power is all 12v, this runs a fridge and lighting with ease. It’s fitted with led lights inside and a small BR guards van drive for heating. It’s also got fitted towing lights to use when behind a tractor/Land Rover.

The bed lay out is a 4’ foot double with a fixed 2’ 6” single above.

Small corner storage unit and full under bed storage accessed from the rear through to locker doors and from doors from Inside the van.

The van tows well and has been behind tractors/road locos/land rovers with no problems,

The hydraulic power pack/battery/fridge are not included in the sale but the battery and power pack could be at the right price.

Van had been stored inside when not in use, windows could do with a little work but still very useable. This van was newly built 6 years ago. Only selling to help fund the new van to be completed.
