FOR THE DEDICITON OF THE WREATH TO RICHARD TREVITHICK BY THE MAYOR OF DARTFORD
THE WREATH WILL THEN BE TAKEN TO THE CEMETERY ON EAST HILL.
THE ENGINES THEN WILL STEAM UP EAST HILL.
