Nuts and bolts

Does anyone know of any surplus nuts and bolts to fix the rear tyres on to my Steam ploughing engine

I need about 50 of 30mm x 100mm (min length) with 100 nuts (or 50 nylock nuts) and 50 penny washers and 50 plain washers please. I have given metric sizes, but am equally happy with imperial.

The finish on the nuts and bolts doesn't really matter, I am looking for the cheapest and wondered if anyone out there is tripping over sacks of the stuff I can buy.

Thanks

Nuts & bolts...

Greetings, I am sure I can find you a pile of these from a next door neighbour on the industrial estate where I work. They are structural engineers. Bolts ect have material certs for buildings they build. Part used bags are scrapped as an easy option to save paperwork. These will be high tensile & galvanised. Bolts, nuts & washers, but what are penny washers?
There would be no charge for these if you could collect. Hmmmm, but donations for coal O.K......
