Lathe gear change wheels.

I have recently had my shed broken into and lost a lot of stuff including my much loved c.1928 Graves Speed King bicycle (frame number MC1372 if you should come across it) and a set of gear change wheels for a Drummond foot treadle lathe. I would like to replace the latter in the unlikely event of anyone having a set.

You have my simpathy. I have a feeling they are the same or similar to the Myford ML7. If you still have any of them, the one on the end of the mandrel may still be there, and know how many teeth they all should have, it would not be that hard to get some disks of cast iron and cut them.

I used to have a round bed drummond, the Change gears are coarser pitch than the Myford Lathes.
From memory Myford Gears are 20DP 14PA.

There some Drummond Gears on EBAY.
