As Paul has hinted, this is a rally with serious problems. It will not be the only one struggling this year.

I spoke to one of the helpers on Sunday. they informed me the reason there was less engines and no programmes was because they were unsure of the amount of spectators that would be at the rally.
If Sunday was anything to go by i would say the rally will be there next year as it was very well attended.
