Evening All,

The weekend of 11th & 12th June saw the return of the Aldham Rally, this year held at a new site at Marks Tey Racecourse. 9 full size engines were in attendance, along with the usual mix of classic cars, tractors, military and commercial vehicles etc. Photos in the order taken;

Hello!

I have a question to the picture of the "Oldest Foster Traction Engine"
There are "tings" hanging on the front axle. I have seen this things on other engines too, sometimes they were on the steering-chaines.

Would you please tell me what that is.

They are called spuds... Metal you attach to wheels for grip in mud
