Why would a tortoise need a stove in the first place, they hibernate in winter.

Blakey 14th February 2021 12:54 PM

Obviously because if they wake up cold they suffer from Shell Shock...

Is a tortoise stove the equivalent to a slow cooker ?

It was ever thus with Turtle Whacks.
And was the hole in the bed of James’ trailer in the bottom, or the top?

Great bit of marketing,, tells everyone not to sell me a stove and then sells me one he has in stock.

Only thing is he’s had to take it back to have a bit of warranty work done.

Many many years ago I picked up a load of castings and pullies from Atterton & Ellis in Haverhill. They used to make mower grinding machines. All their castings were done by Tortoise Foundry. The pullies were made by Hunt,s at Earle's Colne.

He's had it back till the trailer bed has been repaired ;)

He'll have it on Ebay as soon as I've repaired it.
