PART BUILT 9” FODEN C TYPE WAGON

Work carried out so far

• Brand new boiler complete with horn plates and rear spectacle plate all mounted on the boiler, boiler is ce stamped and mounted in the chassis.
• Chassis complete with all leaf springs and torsion bars all mounted on the chassis.
• Full set of gears cut and mounted on the second shaft all on roller bearings.
• Stainless steel water tank complete and mounted in the chassis.
• Fully machined flywheel with brass cap.
• Rear axle boxes are machined fitted with roller bearings and mounted to the chassis.
• Front Stub axles cnc machined out of EN19T from solid.

Casting and parts

• True compound cylinder block complete with liners unmachined.
• Safety valves unmachined.
•. Crankshaft casting unmachined.
• Slide valves unmachined.
• Crossheads unmachined.
• Trunkguides unmachined.
• Chimney base unmachined.
• Crankshaft main bearing housing unmachined.
• Cylinder end covers unmachined.
• Brake bar brackets unmachined.
• A pair of front axle ends unmachined.
• Complete set of 6 wheels and a spare but require shot blasting and new tyres.
• Brass star to go on the chimney but will require polishing
